Sub: Compliance report for letter issued by your office.
Ref: ಸಇo/ಸು. ಪ ರ/2022-23/62-63 ಾಂಕ 30/09/2023.

With respect to the above, In reply to your office letter dated 30/09/2023 cited under ref-1, which was
related to issues in Shift duties carrying out by our firm at 66/11 KV Iskon Sub-Station, am hereby
clarifying that, So we here by clarifying the some lapses/issues mentioned in your letter were already
cleared in above said station. The following arrangements are already made.

1)Our firm had experienced staff And I strictly instructed to shift staffs to fallow and discharge duties as per
terms and conditions in DWA without compromising to anything and except under major
emergency cases which is necessary for safety of employees and smooth functioning of
sub-station. Due to the some engaged staffs at substation got permanent jobs so they are not ready to work
here for temporary jobs ( ref : as of our OM ), so they stopped to come to shift .For smooth functioning of
sub-station we assign staffs in their position.
Also instructed that if anything new in station, do work by taking your guidance.
The Insurance & ESI wages of employees paid to the concerned offices and its documents are enclosing with
bills normally.

2) Strictly instructed to shift staffs to fallow and discharge duties as per shift chart.

3) Our firm had supervisor, who is in charge to supervise the staffs need and our office related
works. And am personally visiting the substation

4) Due to Bangalore Bandh on the day, we are not possible to attend the Safety meeting held at
Divisional office on 26/09/2023.

So am hereby informing that I have fully clarified /solved issues mentioned in your
letter, we are adhering the terms and conditions as in DWA and carrying out shift duties
& Housekeeping works as per that. Is anything small lapses occurred by us without our
Knowledge please corrects it by your guidance. This is for your kind information and
further needful.
