Dear Sir,

In this matter it is stated that online QS (Water & Electricity Charges) bill of qtr no. 150/303SEKat NEW
DELHI has been received from AAO (QO) New Delhi twice in the month of August 2023. Therefore twice
recovery has been made for the same in August 2023.

Therefore you are advised to please take up the matter with AAO (QO) New Delhi for forwarding the refund
from 01.04.2023 to 01.07.2023 for Water and electricity charges Online through Project Bhawan to this
office for further necessary action.
