RENTAL AGREEMENT
This agreement is for sheger production equipment rental company for the engagement described below, made and

The renter will make payment BEFORE pick-up, we accept cash only. In the event of non-payment of late fees, which is a
fully day rental fee, the reneter will be held responsible for all court fees, legal fees and collection costs incurred by the
agent.

The Camera Rental Agreement must accompany all Sheger Camera rentals. Please read and sign the following terms and
conditions.

Limitations of Liability: Sheger accepts no responsibility for damages, losses, included but not limited to, losses of time,
money or film stock, resulting from equipment failure, film failure, or damaged film during processing, even if damage or
loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Nor will Sheger be held liable for losses resulting from failure to deliver
equipment, film, processed/prepped film, transferred film, or any other item or service. The Sheger Terms and Conditions
has also been read and accepted as part of the terms of this agreement. In case of litigation (for any reason), losing party
shall be responsible for all fees, including, but not limited to any collection fees and legal fees.

Additional Charges: Sheger reserves the right to collect additional charges if the following events occur:

A. Equipment is returned late following a rental. Equipment will be considered late if it is returned after 11:30AM
on the appointed day of return. A charge equal to the normal rental rate will be required for each day that the
equipment is late.
B. quipment is lost, stolen, or destroyed. A charge equal to the retail price as stated in Sheger ’s most current price
list shall be required.
C. Equipment is damaged during the rental. A charged based on the cost of comprehensive repair to all damaged
equipment by a qualified technician to be chosen by Sheger will be required.
D. A rental is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the time equipment is scheduled to be delivered. A charge equal
to 100% of the cancelled rental will be required.
Early returns: No refunds or discounts will be issued for early returns. Unused film cannot be returned for a refund or
credit.

Deposits: The deposit will be refunded only after all equipment has been inspected and tested to assure that nothing has
been lost or damaged and all pending invoices have been paid. If any additional charges exceed the amount of the deposit
the renter will be liable for the additional amount.
