SOUND EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT (LEASE)

YOUTH DEPARTMENT, MACHI BAPTIST CHURCH

(Lessor)
And
______________________________________________
(Lessee)
Lessee and Lessor, for the consideration hereafter named, agrees as follows:

1. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee all the sound and related equipment named, identified
and described in the attached List of Sound Equipment, for use at :
_____________________________________________(Venue and Event details).
Lessor shall deliver the equipment on________(Date) to be used on/from
________(date) to _________(Date, if more than one day).

2. The sum of Rupees __________ shall be paid to the Lessor on or post-one day after
the day of Event without fail as per the Agreement.

3. Client should handle and coordinate all necessary venue gatepass/permits etc.

4. Our Technical crew will not be held liable for any damage to equipment from the client
that will be hooked-up to our System. Our Technical Crew can assist but will not be held
responsible for the performance and operation of the equipment.

5. Any physical damaged done during the Event/Show will be charged according from the
Client/Contact person’s account.

6. Installation, operating and dismantling of equipment shall be handled by our Technical

Staff and crew only.

7. Client shall provide meals and lodging for the Technical Staff and Crew.

8. Any requirement not stated in the Quotation/Package shall be charged separately.

9. The Lessor has the Right to pullout or discontinue equipment setup, if security and
safety precautions are at stake.
