QUOTATION
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Price is valid for only 7 days from the date of quotation.

2. TAPOW EVENT PRODUCTION VENTURE reserve the right to refuse installation should any of the terms
or conditions are violated.

3. TAPOW EVENT PRODUCTION VENTURE would only be held liable 20% of the amount collected should
there be any losses incurred due to negligent on our part.

4. TAPOW EVENT PRODUCTION VENTURE shall not be responsible for all or any third party claims,
demands, liabilities and whatsoever arising out of caused by or otherwise occasioned during the period
of the hirer or in the event of any malfunctions, defects, failure of breakdown to the hired equipments.

5. TAPOW EVENT PRODUCTION VENTURE shall not be responsible for any ground / grass damage due to
our standard works procedure.

6. Customer is advised to have own Public Liability Insurance.

7. Quotation above does not include any licensing.

8. TAPOW EVENT PRODUCTION VENTURE will not be held liable for any loss of recording or IP product
during, before and after the event. Client are advised to keep own copy for safety.

9. TAPOW EVENT PRODUCTION VENTURE reserve the right to stop work for safety purpose for any
outdoor event caused by weather or act of god.

10. The Client shall be held responsible for any losses, damages incurred during the rental period.
TAPOW EVENT PRODUCTION VENTURE shall not be responsible for any losses or damages caused by the
Client.

11. The Client is required to pay the full sum quoted herein if the show is cancelled as well as cases of
force majeure including fire, bad weather, government regulation and strike.

12. Client is responsible on ensuring there is electricity supply for the above mentioned equipment
during setup, testing commissioning period and rental period.

13. TAPOW EVENT PRODUCTION VENTURE DOES NOT take care of clients or organizer's or any third
party property and/or equipment for the show from start to setup, on show, & until dismantling.

14. Upon confirmation / acceptance of this quote, the company and all its directors / partners gives full
consent to TAPOW EVENT PRODUCTION VENTURE to conduct CTOS & CCRIS search, the outcome of the
said searches may render additional terms to be imposed by TAPOW EVENT PRODUCTION VENTURE as it
deemed fit and appropriate and/or TAPOW EVENT PRODUCTION VENTURE may revoke the acceptance
at its absolute discretion.
