Description: Create under a subordinate supervised organization a position.

Business Process: Create under a subordinate supervised organization a position.

1- Go to your profile (is your photo or cloud icon on the top right corner of the screen), click on the item 'View Profile'

2- Access your Supervisory Organization

3- Access your subordinate supervised organization

4- On related actions of the Supervised Organization go to the 'Staffing' menu, and then to the 'Create Position' sub-
menu.

5- Complete the following fields

-Supervisory Organization
-Position Request Reason
-Job Posting Title
-Number of Positions
-Availability Date
-Earliest Hire Date
-No Job Restrictions
-Job Profiles for Job Family
-Job Profile
-Location
-Time Type
-Worker Type
-Worker Sub-Type
-Critical Job

6- Submit the Position Creation

Persona: HR Generalist

Business Process: HR Generalist access his/her inbox and approves the pending position creation

7- Go to the HR Generalist inbox and select 'Create Position: <<Name of the position just created>>' action

8- HR Generalist Approves position creation.
