1. Instruction on the assignment

 Read the power point slides, the textbook and other reference materials
 Try to answer each question by your own English
 If you copy from other students, your submission will be disqualified
 Make your writing short, brief, clear and correctly address the question.
 Assignments must be submitted by individual e-mail submission. Writing on the heading “IS
Regular student assignment Two”. If you are extension students “IS Extension student
assignment Two”

assignment submitted by other e-mails.
 Deliver after one week (First week of April, 2020)
 Please strictly follow the instruction. Read, Read, Read. Some of you submit your assignment
by another e-mail which I did not told you to submit.

2. Questions to be done by students

Chapter three

1. Knowledge management has different impacts in the organization such as employee learning,
improving existing business process and the like. Use your slides and browse from Internet
about organizations which have implemented a KMS and gain some kind of benefits from their
implementation.
2. Write a short not on the impact of KMS on the organization.
3. Your assignment should not be greater than three or four pages (a maximum limit but not less
than one page)
4. Include the references you have used when you do this assignment. Your first page is the
assignment title, your name and instructor name.
