Setter
 All drawings supplied are for guidance only. Local installer to co‐ordinate new services with building infrastructure.

Pump
 Any change in design to be notified to EmTech to ensure that the system will meet the required performance criteria.
 All pipework to be insulated to minimise heat loss/gain.
 Pipework installation to follow TR20.
Strainer
 All pipework to be thoroughly flushed before system commissioning and an inhibiter added to stop corrosion and bacterial 
growth. 
Non‐return Valve
 Where the ambient temperature drops below freezing (0 deg C) a glycol solution should be added to meet the minimum 
temperature to stop the system freezing.
Double Regulating Valve
 Suitable mains water connection to meet local regulations to be connected to the system either through a pressurised top 
up unit (closed system) or a ball valve arrangement within the buffer tank (open system).
Isolating Valve  Please referee to individual equipment specifications for connection details and clearance recommendations.

   All materials for the pipework to be supplied by local installer.
Two Port Motorised Control Valve
 It is recommended that black mild steel is used for both the Chilled Water System and LTHW systems.

Three Port Motorised Control Valve  Drain valves, automatic air‐vents, temperature and pressure gauges to be installed to ensure system functionality.
 All pumps supplied are single‐stage, low‐pressure, gladded, in‐line centrifugal pumps with flange connections.
INCUBATION CHILLED WATER SCHEMATIC T‐‐ Temperature Transmitter  All dimensions are in mm and indicate internal diameter.
