(potential) output
With (default) and without secondary cracking
Schlumberger-Private
Problem Statement
Schlumberger-Private
option in the simulator is toggled off.
Solution
The “potential” overlays calculated currently do not include a potential secondary cracking output.
By default, this is why the secondary cracking effect is included in the output of Generation Mass
(potential).
If you need to visualize the generation mass (potential) excluding the effect of secondary cracking,
the use of a special option is the work-around.

Note: The overlay definition for Generation Mass (potential) will be fixed (description that the overlay includes secondary cracking) in PM version 2018.2
Schlumberger-Private
Workaround
1. Navigate to the simulator interface > Special options > type in: Osec 0
Schlumberger-Private
2. This option excludes the effects of secondary cracking in the Generation Mass (potential) output.
Note: Toggling secondary cracking on/off in the simulator interface will not affect the generation mass (potential) overlay
output.
