value).
 Identify the knowledge, skill & attitude that require functioning effectively
in the organization.

 Sixty (60) days probation period


Driver
 On the job training (welcoming the guest, how to explain the service, ethics
& safety).
 On the job performance assessment (Evaluation on applying the training &
working flexible).
 Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks. Delivering packages to customers in
a timely manner. Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
 Drivers are responsible for delivering packages to clients in a timely manner
working on the night and weekends and ensuring that vehicles are always
ready for use.

 Involve communication with the driver during their am/pm and mid day
Drivers Head routes, providing mentoring as necessary and to collaborate and interact
with other in a positive and effective manner.
 Head driver serve as a substitute driver or monitoring as needed and
dispatch fleet operation.
 Head driver develop and present course of instruction in all phase of
transportation operation and report to the unit HR.
