Agenda items
1. Training partnership of 3 years with renewed agreement every year
2. The packages Kuritfu is offering are different activities and access to their resorts
for team building
3. Kuriftu has segregated its terms in 3 quarters. Training is required every quarter
and will be given to corporate offices first and then move on to units.
4. Rework training fee are fixed. Rework Inc charges 2900 per person per day. The
deals can be aligned with the packages we used and calculated as such. An
account manager will be assigned to deliver, we will design and deliver an A
level service. . The training structure is very simple. Minimum number of people
would be 10. We encourage 15 people. We change per person per day which
is 2900. It has training, material design, facilitation, report and insight. Then we
give all the materials to the HR department. We want the learning and
development department to be strong so we also consult them. We also want
your price per unit so that we can align it with our price.
5. Every quarter, one month will be chosen for the training to be delivered. The
training should be something that beings real change. A concept was raised
together with Kuriftu’s CEO on how to develop ideas in the corporate world.
The concept to work has evolved these days. Its not just about doing the work,
its more on what will you bring and what can you add. Kuritfu wants a training
that is beyond just leadership but something that brings change.
6. An MOU will be singed and it can be extended from 3-4 years.
7. The training is to be delivered end of April. Due to the tight schedule, it will be
on Saturday and Sunday which is okay for corporate offices but units can’t have
trainings on these days as it is the busiest from Thursday to Sunday.
8. When trainings are delivered, transportation, accommodation, venue and
refreshments of the trainees and facilitators will be covered by Kuriftu.
9. Regarding certification, Rework Inc. can provide it but there needs to be an
assessment due to the challenge that employees resign after being given the
certificate. Regardless, people want to be recognized so if a certificate needs to
be issued, it will be provided
10. Kuriftu will send their logo to Rework is so that we can promote it in different
places and in our packages as well.
