Dear Sir,
We are glad to appoint you as IATF Coordinator (ICO) for our ongoing IATF
16949:2016 System Implementations. You shall be the ICO for establishing, documenting,
implementing & maintaining Quality Management Systems to the requirements of IATF
16949:2016.
Irrespective of other responsibilities, you shall have the authority to
 Conduct Management Review meeting
 Preparation of QSM & QSP
 Internal audit plan preparation and execution
 Ensure effectiveness of the QMS
 Report to the Top management on the performance of the QMS
 To identify any need for improvement
 To promote the awareness of the customer requirements throughout the organization
 Organize training programme as per training needs / plan and evaluate the
effectiveness of the training programme

You have access to any documented information within the organization and authorized
to initiate any action suitable to correct the situation
