A. INTRODUCTION
- In this report, I will introduce:
+ Basic knowledge of team dynamics
+ Basic knowledge of CDP
+ My short-term and long-term plans
+ Skills I need to fulfill all of my projects
- Also on assignment 1, I have completed group work and on assignment 2 I will show
everyone the results of the group
II. The importance of team dynamics in the success and/or failure of group work
Team dynamics in the workplace are important because they impact creativity,
productivity, and effectiveness. Since group work is integral to organizations,
improving group dynamics can lead to better work outcomes, customer satisfaction,
and an improved bottom line. A team with poor dynamics includes people whose
behavior disrupts work flow and results in wrong choices, poor decision-making or no
decision-making at all. Poor dynamics leave the team more vulnerable to conflicts.

III. In my group
2. Analyse how your team dynamics bring success to your group work.
In my team and the members work very actively and effectively. We assign the right jobs to
the right people. We always help each other when working, exchanging all information with
each other. My team always does its best to fulfill the assigned role well. Always help out
your team members if they haven't finished their work. Respect each other and listen to each
other's members. Moreover, after doing the test, we feel better bonding together and
understanding each other. Our work was completed on time and all members passed.

- Our team was created by accident. We were shy at first because we still haven't had many
opportunities to talk to each other, but luckily we were able to work together by chance and
become close friends. and joining hands and that turned out to be quite the expected outcome.

10) Speaker Notes
- Slide1:
Hello everyone, thank you for coming here to listen to the presentation of our
DL - Group.
- Slide 2:
Today we will talk about Teamwork Dynamics
And we will let everyone know as team dynamics and how to have team
dynamics as well as how our team has created dynamics of our team
- Slide 3:
Here we will talk about the concept and the benefits of teamwork dynamics
then apply to our own teamwork dynamics itself and finally conclude.
- Slide 4:
Vince Lombardi said that "Individual commitment to a group effort - that is
what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work"
- Slide 5:
First we will show you the definition of Teamwork dynamics
Group dynamics can be interpreted as how the distinct positions and actions of
the team member affect other group members and the group as a whole. Team
dynamics are also unconscious, psychological influences that affect the course
of team action and success.
- Slide 6:
These are the roles that have to do with getting the job done. They represent
the different roles needed to take the project step-by - step from initial
conception to action. (Individuals may perform many of these roles during the
life of the project.)
- Slide 7:
21 | P a g e
So What do positive group dynamics look like?
A team with good group dynamics appears to have team members who trust
each other. They will work for joint decisions and are responsible for results. A
strong team can also be positive and efficient, demonstrating shared
understanding and self-regulation.
- Slide 8:
Community dynamics matter because they have an effect on things like
innovation, competitiveness and performance.
- Slide 9:
And next we will talk about the benefits of Teamwork dynamics
Here we give three main reasons:
1. Working together promotes the production of innovations and imagination
2. Teamwork increases productivity and improves company efficiency
3. We learn faster when we work together
- Slide 10:
The first is Working together promotes the production of innovations and
imagination
There are no new ideas; there are new approaches to recycle existing ones.
This archive of "old thoughts" is called mutual knowledge – intelligence that is
only possible by cooperation.
In addition to a wider pool of ideas, working together often provides an
appreciation for the generation of ideas that people typically do not encounter
on their own.
- Slide 11:
Next is Teamwork improves productivity and brings better business results
Working as a squad encourages people to work harder.
Capitalize on the power of your team members and you'll quickly find an
increase in the consistency of the production you generate as a team.
- Slide 12:
And finally We learn faster when we work together
Team participants also learn to observe the work of other members.
New team members can quickly learn the principles and become more
effective than working on their own.
- Slide 13:
In the next section we will talk about how we have built teamwork dynamics
for our team
The first is Set achievable goals
The Second is Understand each member's dynamics
The Third is Recognition and reward
- Slide 14:
About Set achievable goals
Your next move is to show the employee that the targets are set and that they
can be accomplished. Then set the goals for each person and the group. By
22 | P a g e
doing that, the workers will have the same expectations and job goals for
success.
- Slide 15:
Next is Understand each member's dynamics
Motivation is always a little personal. The inspiration of one human would be
the torment of another. Some people want more holidays, others prefer a higher
position in the business. So you need to understand what your workers want, so
that you can encourage the talents of each worker and improve productivity.
- Slide 16:
Finally is Recognition and reward
Cash prizes are a good thing, but they're just one of the rewards. Most
employees respond favorably to praise, incentives or other opportunities for job
growth and to the attention of their managers. As a motivational leader, show
your staff more frequently how much you admire their contribution-but let
them know it's not a final appraisal. It was the same with their one year of
service!
- Slide 17:
Through the above 3 parts, we showed you that the teamwork dynamics at the
moment is extremely important as well as it has many benefits, it also helps us
to better understand ourselves through work. team and maximize work
efficiency.
- Slide 18:
And that is my group's presentation, if you have any questions, you can meet
us at the end of the hour or contact us via email or phone number on the screen.
Thank you for listening!
