1. Introduction
A team to be effective all the members must work together to achieve a goal rather than joining highly-
skilled individuals in a team. In a game such as cricket all the players must contribute to the game if they
need to win if only highly-skilled players perform well but others failed the team will lose.
In this report you can see how the writer and his team performed faced the challenges and how they

Working within a team gives an extra confident of doing the work fully success and gives an opportunity
to reach the necessary goal easily. The ideas of different members in the team are shared and it helps
each other’s to come over obstacles in various situations that they face in the future when they work
alone or split into some other groups.
In this group we had a nice time of sharing informations and respecting others ideas and do the work in a
successful way. We had meetings to discuss about this training event and even before the training event
we had a rehearsal with in our members to accompolish this task in a successful manner.
A team work means a group of people get together with various types of skills to accompolish a task
given to them.
The ultimate goal of the team is to finish the work within a given period of time with minimum number
of errors. The success and failure of the team can be measured by the different activities done by the
members who has different skills, working styles and the contribution to the team.

time and the members who are participating for the planning is also decided by the leader. The
members must be given the materials in the meeting before the meeting as they can go through and

bring the members to the meeting as in the agenda.
A responsible person such as a secretary must be appointed to get the minutes of the meeting as to

agrees to an event that everyone agrees.

goal successfully.
5. Joins everyone and connects to each other
In a team to make it to achieve the target all the members must be connected to each other and it
makes the work more efficient. When members are connected to each other makes easier to relate
and it makes less misunderstanding among members.
