1. Introduction

Fayaz Ahamad(COL/E-005117) Professional Practices Assignment-01 4

In every one’s day to day life working as a group has become more successful rather than doing a work
in single/alone. From past to present we have lots of examples who achieved their target by working as a
group.

A team to be effective all the members must work together to achieve a goal rather than joining highly-
skilled individuals in a team. In a game such as cricket all the players must contribute to the game if they
need to win if only highly-skilled players perform well but others failed the team will lose.

In this report you can see how the writer and his team performed faced the challenges and how they
overcome those challenges to do a proffessional training event and how they make it as a successful
training event. This training event was conducted to the students of grade 9 of Lyceum International
School Nugegoda.

The writer says that this report will be a great eye opening to the people who are trying to do a successful
professional training event.
