1. Sabatical Leave of absence

2. In article XIV of the 1987 constitution section 2 number

5 which states that the state shall provide adult

citizens, the disabled and out-of-school youth with

training in civics, vocational efficiency and skills . how

will you proved that this existing.

3. And so with this statement in no. 3 Establish and

maintain a system of scholarship grants, student loan

programs, subsidies and other incentives which shall be

available to deserving students in both public and

private schools, especially to the underprivileged

ANSWERS
1. Sabatical leave of absence it is a “break from work”

that is provided for employees of professors where they

can enjoy six to 1 year of break from work with pay

depending on the university. A professor may take a

Sabatical leave to teach in a foreign university or focus

on a research in their field or just can do what they

want. It can really benefit employees because they can

motivate and have a new energy when coming to work.

While on sabbatical leave they should always put in

mind that they are still officially employed by the

organization.

2. TESDA is the proof of this article. Tesda is an education

meant for everyone that wants to acquire or enhance

their skills so that they will be competent enough to be

employed in a certain job. This is very helpful specially

to those who didn’t finished schooling due to financial

problems and also for those individuals who is not

confident enough because they thought they are too

old. Tesda trainings has national competency

certificate that will really help them to find a decent

job.
3. I believe that it is true indeed that there are

scholarships granted for students but somehow the

privileged given was not fair and just. Every students

desire to acquire this scholarship but not everyone

deserves because they can already afford schooling

there are those individuals that are really in need but

yet they are the ones who where not granted. One of

the scholarships that proves its true is the TES

scholarship where every semester scholars are granted

20k. It a big help specially those students who are need

but somehow to those students who just use it for

personal use I think the purpose of the scholarship was

not fulfilled.
