STRINGER MACHINE

ETS2100 is an advanced and innovative tabber and stringer machine providing throughput of 2100
cells/hour for soldering photovoltaic solar cells.
This equipment is available with infrared soldering system or with Ecoprogetti’s innovative patented
hybrid Soldering Head to solder very thin PV solar cells without mechanical or thermal stress resulting in
breakage rate below 0.2%.

 Compatible with: M2, G1, M4, M6, M10, M12 Wafer sizes

CHARACTERISTICS:

 High soldering quality; more than 2N in peel test (1.5mm ribbon) over the complete cell surface;

 Only one operator for three machines equipped with layup station;

 Automatic change of cell load basket;

 Pre and post heating of the cell in soldering phase in order to avoid thermal stress;

 Stretching and fluxing of the ribbon before soldering;
