Purpose: A qualitative lab that students will collect qualitative data (describes in words) about
their health triangle status (Mental/emotional, social, physical health) before and after taking a
nap, to determine if their overall health triangle improves.

Napping is one of the way to make your body healthier. Napping can give us many
benefits such as balanced your health triangle and even more.

Napping can give you many benefits, such as balance your health triangle, restore
alertness, and Increase alertness too. These are just a fraction of the benefits you will get from
napping.

In this experiment. I would like to find out that is napping is actually gives us benefits,
and how long of napping would it takes to actually take to benefits the body.

Conclusion

- Naps is good for your health. It can balance your health triangle to make your body feels
good, or even your health triangle is already balance, It’s a very good way to relax.
