their health triangle status (Mental/emotional, social, physical health) before and after taking a
nap, to determine if their overall health triangle improves.

Napping is one way to make yourself feel more relax and refresh. It can gives many
benefits to our body. It also can make our health triangle more balanced.
In this experiment, I would like to find out that is napping gives benefits to our self and
how it affect the health triangle after I did it.

Requirements for your nap: Quiet comfortable space, no cell phone, no tablet, no music, Totally
unplug and rest your mind and body.

Answer: I am very active and don’t think I can sleep.

Answer: I was doing homework

Answer: Good physical, social, and metal health.

Answer: I feel I want more nap. My health triangle is still balanced

Answer: A bit beneficial because I get to sleep and felt more relax

and mental health are not so good.

sleep.

Conclusion
1 to 3 sentences stating your final results
In conclusion, taking a nap actually benefits because it make me feel
more refresh. It also gives me more energy. That makes me want to do
more activities and want to socialize to other people.
