GENERAL SERVICES:
 Pick up & Delivery
 Review of MSDS
 Photograph as received condition
 Verify & document as received calibration
 Verify & document as received bench range
 Metal stamp separation points of body & actuator

Body:
 Complete disassembly of body assembly
 Sand blast and/or solvent wash all components
 Identify welding & machining requirements for body & bonnet
 Identify welding & machining requirements for trim components
 Replacement of all soft goods: gaskets, packing, seals, etc
 Replacement of body studs & nuts
 Paint per WASKITA of customer specification
 Assemble valve

Actuator:
 Complete disassembly of actuator
 as required
 Sand blast or solvent wash all components
 Paint per WASKITA or customer specification
 Replace all soft goods: diaphragm, orings, seals, packing, etc
 Reassemble with new fasteners X as required
 Set bench range

Instrumentation:
 Disassemble as required
 Sand blast or solvent wash components
 Replace all soft goods: diaphragm, orings, gaskets, etc.
 Replace gauges
 Paint per WASKITA or customer specification
 Reassemble

Valve Assembly & Test
 Assemble body s/a, actuator, & instrumentation
 Replace tubing with new per customer specifications
 Perform & document calibration testing
 Perform & document seat test per Standard Specification
 Perform & document hydrotest per Standard Specification
 Perform & document performance signature
