V. Parameshwari is a committed professional, educationist and an expert career counselor. She carries
more than 15 years of immense experience in corporate and education sector.
She is a graduate in commerce, postgraduate in English and MBA-HR. She holds a Diploma in Training
and Development from (ISTD, New Delhi) and a Certificate in Counseling and Guidance Program from
Delhi University. She is of the view that in order to educate the young generation in the present
scenario, Children should be counseled and guided in every step for being more responsible, confident
and self-reliant youth in their stupendous feats.

Ashima Arora- Manager-Career Counseling and Test Prep

Ashima, a thorough professional, having a diverse experience in Counseling, Advising &Training,

University Selection, Profile building, Application Assistance and business development in the field of
Education. Being a Computer Engineer by education, she has served in Infosys Technologies and is well
versed with latest development in the field of technology and careers related to it. She is passionate
about helping students with identifying and refining their career aspirations and inspiring them.

Gursha Sharma- Assistant Manager

Gursha is a dedicated professional with 6 years of experience in career counseling. He is passionate

about working with students to be more optimistic about their career and confident in there career
directions. He helps students to handle peer pressure, overcome psychological or mental pressure. He
has completed his post- graduation (MBA) with specialization in Marketing and Finance. Further to this,
he utilizes his background of commerce and psychology to help students to take best career decision.

Monica Kapoor- Sr.Counselor

A dedicated professional with thorough experience in Career Counseling, Advising and Training. She is
passionate about working with students to guide them for their bright career. With an MBA in HR and
Marketing, she is able to relate to students psychology and help them to make informed career decision.
She holds a Certificate in Counseling and Guidance Program from Delhi University. She is zealous to
serving the freshmen and students identify and refine their career aspirations, and learn about the
world of work.

Sujatha Koshy- Sr. Counselor

Sujatha koshy, with Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University (Noida), is very
hardworking and determined about any task assigned to her .She loves to work with young students and
strives to keep positive attitude among them regarding their life and Career Aspects.
 Nakkashi Jain – Counselor

Nakkashi Jain has done her Post-graduation in Clinical Psychology. She completed her graduation in B.A
(Psychology) from Delhi University. She has interned in various esteemed hospitals like Vimhans, AIIMS,
Fortis, Apollo, Moolchand, etc. She has been associated with major clinical projects in her Post graduate
level, dealing Cancer patients and counseling parents. She is very passionate about working with
children and to help them carve their futures. Her forte lies communicating and empowering the people
and bring out the best out of them.

Nishi Sharma- SAT Faculty

An Economics Honours student from Bombay University, Nishi also holds an M.A Degree in English as
well as a Diploma in System Management. She has a rich 12 years plus experience in the education field.
She has trained students for CAT (Verbal Section) while conducting career counselling sessions. She then
moved on to training for GMAT, GRE, SAT, TOEFL & IELTS. Her association with KAPLAN included training
as well as conducting regular workshops for students.

Manik Gulati – Counselor

shares his proven experience from Merit nation and now works as a Counselor with Extramarks
Education Pvt. Ltd. He is proficient in speaking to people, driving them to the right career path. His vision
is to make the learning community think and act logically to achieve optimal performance. He is
passionate about providing specialized career objective advice with the aim of maximizing growth and
improving students’ performance. Besides counselling he has keen interest in marketing School and
digital products.
