Coast Live Oak trees as a part of a mitigation project conducted by the university
 Monitored water collection and tree growth of trees throughout the semester to be
presented in front of the local news station

Seaside Tactical Urbanism Development, CSU Monterey Bay Spring of 2018

 Petitioned local city council to improve a troublesome roadway on Echo Ave. in Seaside,
CA
 Conducted research to pinpoint problematic areas, number of “jay walkers”, and total
usage of the roadway
 Aided city workers to design and plan the installment of the road improvements
including an extended sidewalk or “bump-out” and crosswalk
 Organized “Seaside Community Day” which included local organizations and vendors to
highlight road improvements and collect input from residents
Plastic Upcycling Research, CSU Fullerton Summer of 2020
 Conducted literature review of multiple recycling technologies, government aid
programs, economic markets, potential harms, and legislation involving plastic waste
 Coordinated interviews with professional stakeholders to gain insight on subject
