We are student of nursing. We will do counselling about cholesterol. Before that I
will intoduce my team, I’m triana as precenter in this discussion. Fika and Tia as a
speaker. I just invited to the speaker.

shells, dairy products, chicken skin

Plant Material : Goring oil, margarine, ice cream

Cholesterol Is Not To Be Avoided since not everyone needs to avoid cholesterol

only those who have been shown to have high cholesterol levels need to be extra
hard in choosing foodstuffs.
Recommended foods : Olive oil, avocado, fish
Low fat diet goals: to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels and to reduce the
risk of heart disease and other accompanying diseases.
How to Reduce Cholesterol
a. Limit foods high in cholesterol
b. Reduce fat consumption
c. Increase fiber consumption
Triana : Thankyou fika, Are there any question?
Anis : I am anis I want to ask about colestrol levels. How would I know if my
cholesterol levels are within a healthy range?
Tia : The only way to know is to get tested. The American Heart Association
recommends that most adults have a cholesterol test—it's a simple blood test—at
least every four to six years. Ask your doctor what's best for you.
Triana : Thankyou Mrs. Anis.Is there any more questions?
Ary : I am Ary. I want to ask how are unhealthy cholesterol levels treated?
Tia : If your cholesterol levels aren't what they should be, you may be able to improve
them with some lifestyle changes. It helps to:
• Eat fewer foods high in saturated and trans fats, such as fatty meats and
processed foods.
• Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
• Get some exercise, such as brisk walking, at least 150 minutes a week.
• Maintain a healthy weight.
Ary : Thankyou Nurse Tia.
Triana : Okay thank you. With the end of the question, our discuccion is finish. Sorry if
there is an accidental error. I hope today’s discussion is useful. Keep healthy
everyone.
