This is my dream business; my concept in this business is that I will build rooms with 4
beds or maybe two double decks and one (1) comfort room that can be accompanied by 4 people.
And I will also make big rooms that can be rented by a family, it will have a private comfort
room and only have one king sized bed, it depends to them if they want to add more furniture
that they will need. About the payment, the water fee is already covered in the rental fee, but the
electrical fees are not included, the boarders will pay for it.

It is beneficial to the people who are working far from home and also to those families
who do not enough money to have a permanent home. The rental fees should not be expensive
but also not too cheap. Even though, I can’t get a profit at the first to three years of operations,
because it needs a lot of capital but the future benefits will be big. I can say that this business is
really a good investment. The important benefit is that there will be an income every month that
can be cover up to my monthly expenses.

COFFEE SHOP “KOPE KLASIK”

This business is suitable or better if built or rented near the school area, call centers or big
companies. The concept is to provide a quality but not too expensive coffee. It should be
affordable to student so that they will come often. The design of the shop must be pleasing and
comfortable to the customers. The place should be warm or classic and can accommodate many
customers. There should be a hot and iced coffee – plus teas, hot or iced chocolate, bread and
pastries and tumblers. It can also be a study place for students.

The benefits of having a coffee shop you can be your own boss, you have control in your
own business. Coffee shop can be a very profitable business. You can also socialize to different
people in the community. You can feel connected to others.

SALON AND SPA

Salon and spa is also good business where you want to invest. People love to be relaxed
and pampered. The target customers obviously are the middle and high class. The ambiance of
the parlor should be soothing and pleasing. It is open for every gender. The price is worth the
value of the services we will provide.

This business is really beneficial because if you have good and quality services the
income will mark up that is enough to cover all the costs and expense and can generate a high
profit that can help the continuous and profitable operation of the business.

WATER REFILLING STATION

The concept of this business is to provide the essential needs of everyone – water. In
business, the most effective plan is to invest in a business that everyone needs to gain more
profit. It must be affordable and convenient for everyone. The location of the refilling station
must be accessible and near the community. Together with refilling of water, we can also sell
water jugs to those who needs and want to buy a new one. If the business is already stable, we
can open for delivery in remote areas or to places whom the people around don’t have
transportation.

If the location of the business is good and the good quality and safety products are
maintained, then most probably the sales will exceed the expenses that will result to a high profit
that will result to continuous operations. It is not just about the profit but it also the benefit of
being satisfied in giving good and quality service to the needs of everyone. Lastly, with this
business and as the business owner, I can also lessen our water expenses at home.

MILKTEA BUSINESS

The concept of my “milkteahan” is suitable to the people who love milk tea and to people
who loves to hangout. We all know that milk tea is very popular today most especially to the
millennial, they really love it. It became the teenager’s favorite to hang out with friends while
drinking coffee or milk tea. I would like to invest in a food court inside the university cafeteria or
rent spaces outside the premises of the school – walking distance to make it accessible to
students, faculty, staffs, boarders and others. The target customers most probably are college
students because people my age really loved the taste and the comfort the milk tea gave. The
price of the products should be affordable to students and the taste must be in trend, which can
make them buy again.

The benefit of investing in milk tea business is that you can have higher profit because of
the demand in the society. Many students after a long class wants to freshen up – the cold taste of
the milk tea will help them. Many people buy milk tea for them to put it in their instagram and
facebook stories, drink they buy while chatting with friends and even a drink that can be with
