Introduction

College students and students are very synonymous with those whose names are too
busy, upset, restless, and restless, both because of assignments, organizations, meetings, and
other parties concerned. We open a business that is intended for all circles, both students and
students to refresh from the fatigue of various activities that have been carried out in a
relaxed atmosphere accompanied by snacks and fresh drinks, is the right moment to hang out
and share stories with friends, colleagues, consumers, couples, and others.

In today's competitive trade era, entrepreneurs are competing to create a product that is
expected to be liked and interested by consumers. Of the various existing products, food /
culinary products are one of the most popular products for consumers. With the market share
of both students and university students, I have the idea of establishing a culinary business,
namely snacks for teenagers. The business that will be developed is named "Café Teenagers"
which is engaged in the culinary business.

In accordance with the lifestyle of young people who like to try new things, this snack
innovation can be a consideration. Equipped with the nuance of a place that is suitable for a
gathering place for teenagers, suitable for the personality of young people who are passionate
and will certainly be liked by them. Based on the background above, I made a proposal for
the establishment of the business. Cafe Teenagers were founded for young people who like
various kinds of culinary delights from light to heavy culinary delights. As well as students
who need a place to work in groups with other students, Cafe Teenagers are the right solution
for relaxing, hanging out, and Cafe teenagers are a great place very convenient for studying.
Goals

Client main goals is to get maximum profit from this bussiness, in order to get
maximum profit. In order to reduce the the number of monthly expenses and production. A
secondary goal is to to return the loan money as quickly as possible. These goals are
achieable, and aur proposal offers an ideal solution. We are able For the source of raw
materials or suppliers, we will take suppliers of raw materials that are guaranteed and their
besides that, we will also cut promotional costs by using social media instead of printing
pamphlets, banners or brochuresquality has been proven, so that we can present quality and
cheap products. We also have affordable menu prices, which provide added value in the eyes
of consumers. So that the market reach is getting wider, and the level of consumer loyalty is
increasing every day. We also accept reservations at social gathering events, birthdays, and
also other official events.
Project Scope and Action Plans

Creating a superior cafe with the best quality and becoming an attractive place for
customers. To attract consumers to buy the products we offer, we have certain ways, as for
these methods, namely:

1. On weekdays we will give discounts to consumers wearing school uniforms / alma


mater with a discount of 10%.
2. If consumers buy snacks above 5 portions, we will provide 2 types of free drinks
3. In addition, if consumers buy food with more than 8 portions, we will provide 2 free
types of snacks.

The number of visitors is assumed to be 150 people on weekdays and 200 people on
holidays. The ones who come from elementary, middle and high school students, students,
even workers and parents. In running this business, our target buyers are to include all circles
of society, both the lower class, the middle class and the upper class. Of all these groups,
most of them can afford to buy the products we offer, because the prices we provide are quite
affordable for all people. The prices we provide start from IDR 5,000 to IDR 25,000.
Implementatation

we will immediately make preparations for places in the city center and around the
school area. We will also place orders for raw materials from suppliers we trust. besides that,
we will immediately carry out large-scale promotions on our social media so that customers
can glance at them. We will also open Café Teenagers from 11.00 WIB to 23.00 WIB
Monday to Friday, and 9.00 WIB to 23.00 WIB on Saturdays and Sundays.

Areas of special expertise

As the founder of this youth cafe business, I have the ability to manage my team so that
my team can work efficiently and effectively. I also have good friends in the cafe
environment, so it will be easier for me to get permission to open this business and
employees. besides that, I also have an entrepreneurial nature since I was a child and am also
very strict with all things related to negligence and hard work so that I will be fairer as the
owner of this cafe. I also have acquaintances of several employees who have worked as
employees of a cafe.

Service Division: consists of 5 employees, 3 employees as waiters who are in charge of


delivering food and drinks ordered by customers and are responsible for all services provided
to customers. In addition, the waiter is also in charge of helping clean dirty eating utensils.

Based on the calculations I have done to set up a Culinary Business with an initial
capital of IDR 80,000,000, with an estimated fixed cost of IDR 30,805,000 and a total
variable cost of IDR 6,023,000, then on the first day I open this business if I manage to get
150 consumers, it can be estimated that I will get a total profit of IDR 25,522,000
