Job Description:
1.1 Lead finance A/P, A/R, Treasury, Tax and Accounting team within the company.
1.2 Financial Report: Correctly compile all related information provided by the finance and accounting
department to generate a Financial Report in line with the GAAP.
1.3 Provide oversight of the month-end and annual closing processes and review monthly and annual financial
statements.
1.4 Establish, Analyze and interpret statistical data and financial information, to provide an assessment of
budget and other matters related to taxation and the level of operational effectiveness of the company.
1.5 Prepare budgets and financial forecasting and oversight of planning, implementation procedure, and

monitor and manage risk.

accounting data, analysis the gap of revenue and profit and make experience summary as future projects
reference.
