JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Participate in business development and training program for 24 months

+ 500 hours of training in financial knowledge, investment, insurance, sales skills, recruitment, and
management, …

-Engage in business activities

+Seeking and reaching, building and maintaining stable relationships, expanding contacts.

+Searching for opportunities from the unmet demands of the customers.

+Providing customers with support and professional business advice to bring good services and inclusive
financial solutions.

+Generating sales and contributing to productivity to meet the final goals.

+ Cooperating with business managers and team members to find ideas and solutions to expand the
customer base.

+Engaging in events, activities, and business support roadshows.

+Preparing weekly and monthly reports which are assigned by the BDM.

-Customer care

+ Provide customers with convenience and quality services

+Handle customer complaints and requests within company guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.

+Promptly update customer database (potential customers and current customers) on Prudential's
Customer Relationship Management system.

CONTRACT INCLUDES:

A) Reporting: You will report directly to the HR supervisor Daniel Truong.

B) Basic Salary: The salary for this position is 25,000,000 VND paid on the last week of each month,
starting on 31st March 2021. In addition, the income is proactive based on your capacity of helping the
business to achieve its goals.

C)Work hours: Your working hours will start from 8 am to 5 pm (weekdays).

D)Vacation: Your vacation is two days per month on Fridays if you meet the minimum working hours and
efficiency.
