 Participate in business development and
training program for 24 months
- Participate fully and punctually in all training sessions with 500 hours of
training in financial knowledge, investment, insurance, sales skills, recruitment,
and management, …
- Participate in an experience extracurricular program promoting teamwork spirit
as well as applying knowledge learned

 Engage in business activities
- Seeking and reaching, building and maintaining stable relationships,
expanding contact under the supervision of the professional trainer and the
business manager.
- Searching for opportunities from the unmet de
- Providing customers with support and professional business advice demands
of the customers. o bring good services and inclusive financial solutions.

- Generating sales and contributing to the productivity to meet the final goals.
- Cooperating with business managers and team members to find ideas and
solutions to expand the customer base.
- Engaging in events, activities, and business support roadshows.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports which are assigned by the BDM.

 Customer care
- Provide customers with convenience and quality services
- Handle customer complaints and requests within company guidelines to ensure
customer satisfaction
- Promptly update customer database (potential customers and current customers)
on Prudential's Customer Relationship Management system.

Job requirements

- Age: 24 - 40
- Education: College or higher
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the
sales department in the following industries:
Banking, Finance, Insurance, Securities, Real
Estate, Consumer Goods, Healthcare
- Working and living in Ho Chi Minh city or
Hanoi.
