ACCION REQUERIDA ‐ EXESIVA OXIDACION. La oxidación del aceite es una degradación química de un lubricante a altas temperaturas y
puede contribuir a la formación de oscuros depósitos de barniz. Determine la causa de la excesiva oxidación y tome la acción correctiva.
Potenciales causas de la excesiva oxidación incluyen: a. Altas temperaturas del aceite; b. Puntos calientes localizados; c. Bajos niveles de
aceite en el deposito; d. Excesiva recirculación sobre la válvula de alivio; e. Fuga de aire; f. servicio sobre extendido del aceite; g. Pobre
circulación del aceite; h. Mezcla de lubricantes de diferentes formulaciones. Un drenaje parcial y relleno con aceite fresco puede rejuvenecer
la condición del aceite. Vuelva a muestrear el aceite inmediatamente después de haber implementado las acciones correctivas. Cambie el
aceite inmediatamente el aceite si esta condición continua y/o incrementa. Contacte a su representante de ExxonMobil en caso de requerir
asistencia adicional.
ACCION REQUERIDA ‐ CONDICIÓN DE ACEITE INSATISFACTORIA. Los resultados de los análisis de aceite indican que la condición de esta
muestra de aceite es insatisfactoria. El aceite puede no estar en condiciones para seguirse usando y debe ser monitoreado de cerca para
identificar señales de deterioro de condiciones adicionales. Contacte a su representante de ExxonMobil en caso de requerir asistencia
adicional.
