    Contracts are agreements between involved parties, regarding the scope, time, cost
    and quality of the project being contracted. Contract on projects are very important
    because it will save a lot of time and money on disputes in the future.
    Contracts may have specific terms or conditions for completion. Upon commitment to a
    certain contract, make sure that you comply with what has been agreed.

    In this case, there were scopes of the project that were not met by the Werr Corporation
    International. The project concluded not on the agreed time. The technical stuffs were
    just done after the termination of the contact. The agreed standards were not met.
    Contact termination occurred. Disputes arose between the two parties.

    The bigger the project, the more relevant they become – and more items will be added
    to the list of contracts ruling the construction project. Awareness about the terms and
    conditions for the completion of the project is to be considered very well. The details
    regarding the contract has to be accurately understood, agreed, and complied; to
    eliminate the occurrence of disputes.
