Social Welfare is the heart of public service. It is
the service that cares, protects, develops and empowers the clientele to become functioning individuals, groups and communities. The operation of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office is grounded on the commitment of the local government to be more efficient and effective in the delivery of basic social services to its people. Year 2020 unfolds another year of the delivery of social welfare services to the people of Banaue. It is basically anchored on social protection for the vulnerable sectors. It will help them overcome the impact of socio-economic challenges.
