1. What is the videoclip all about.

The story or the video clip "Making a Difference," by Elizabeth Silance Ballard, has a
tremendous effect on the hearts not just of teachers, but of everyone else. It changes our way of
dealing with people and, as a result, it teaches us how we can make a life-changing, long-lasting
difference in the lives of others.

2. What is the essence of the videoclip to all teachers?

The essence of this video clips is very simple but the pinch is very deep for everyone who
watches or reads this short story, especially my fellow students who are going through hardship
and lack of financial need there is a Teddy who describes and gives hope so as not to lose hope
fulfill dreams in life. To the good teachers, and to us future teachers, the moral of this story is really
important, for it is like Mrs. Thompson, who opened his mind to educate and lead his pupils. Due to
the situation that Teddy had, she learned to improve the way she was in her class that from prior
reading and writing, Ms. Thompson learned to get to know both of her students and to teach
correct actions and non-sustainability to all life trials in order to accomplish life's dreams.

3. Characterize the roles of the teacher and Teddy (the student) in the story. What's the message of the
videoclip which will serve as an eye opener to the teachers in the teaching profession?
Ms. Thompson portrays a teacher who only knew how to teach reading and writing, but
because of a boy called Teddy, he changed his outlook on his career. Mrs. Thompson, how to get
acquainted with of her students in detail, she taught good etiquette and proper care to everyone in
her class, and she played the role of a true teacher who would be the name of the second parent
per pupil.
Teddy defines a child as a product of poverty and lack of parental support in the success
of his or her role in life, especially in education. But this did not deter Teddy from pursuing his
studies. Because of the confidence and faith of his beloved teacher, Mrs. Thompson had a deep
resolve and hope to resume his studies, even though it was challenging, aroused, and exhausted
that he would somehow go to the school that he wished to pursue. In the end, all his hard work was
compensated by his perseverance and struggle as he reached his highest degree of excellence
and career in life.
