I wish to advise Woolworths Group Limited, that I am a current participant of the Woolworths Group Limited, F20-21 Share
Purchase Plan (SPP) and I want to cease my pre-tax salary sacrifice arrangements.

B Authorisation

By submitting this Application, I agree and understand:

• that I am electing to cease being a participant in the F20-21 Share Purchase Plan;
• Any future deductions for the F20-21 Share Purchase Plan will cease and any monies sacrificed for the current quarter (less applicable
taxes will be returned to me via Payroll in an upcoming payroll run;
• I understand that this change will mean that no further shares will be acquired under the Woolworths Group Limited F20-21 Share
Purchase Plan;
• I understand the withdrawal from the Plan does not mean that any shares purchased that are still restricted will be released. All shares will
remain under restriction until the earlier of the 3 year anniversary or your termination from Woolworths Group Limited; and
• Should I wish to participate in the plan again, I can only do so upon accepting any invitation that may be made to me under the Share
Purchase Plan in future years.
