ABSTRAK
Adopsi IFRS berdampak pada penyajian laporan keuangan dengan nilai
wajar. Indonesia mengadopsi IFRS secara mandatory sejak tahun 2012. Other
Comprehensif Income (OCI) merupakan informasi yang tersaji sebagai dampak
implementasi IFRS untuk penyajian nilai wajar pada laporan keuangan. Penelitian
ini menginvestigasi dan menganalisis penyajian informasi OCI mencakup
kewajiban imbalan kerja manfaat pasti, sekuritas tersedia dijual, revaluasi asset,
dan komponen lainnya per sector industri. Sampel p enelitian sejumlah 2001 data
tahun perusahaan terkait penyajian dan nilai akun other comprehensice
income.Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan tabulasi silang (cross tabulation)
didasarkan pada tahun dan sector industry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
terdapat perkembangan signifikan secara keseluruhan penyajian komponen OCI
selama kurun waktu observasi. Hal yang sama juga ditemukan berdasarkan sector
industry. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi terkait potensi
pajak atas penyajian akun OCI. Hasil riset ini sangat penting bagi peneliti
berikutnya terkait anteseden dan konsekuen dari informasi OCI.
ABSTRACT
Adoption of IFRS impact on the financial statements at fair value.
Indonesia adopts IFRS mandatory since 2012. Other Comprehensive Income
(OCI) is the information presented as the impact of IFRS implementation for the
presentation of fair value in the financial statements. This study investigates and
analyzes the presentation of OCI include defined employee benefit obligations,
securities available for sale, revaluation of assets, and other components OCI each
industry sector. Analyses were performed using cross tabulation (cross tabulation)
is based on the year and the industry sector. The results showed that there was
significant progress overall presentation of the components of OCI during the
period of observation. The same was based on the industry sector. The results of
this study are expected to provide contributions related to the potential tax on
presentation of OCI account. The results of this research is very important for the
next researcher associated antecedent and consequent of OCI information.

Metode Penelitian
Riset ini merupakan riset kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder.
Data berupalaporan laba rugi dan penghasilan komprehensif lainnya. Identifikasi
penyajian dlakukan dengna mengobservasi laporan keuangan per perusahaan.
Status penyajian diberikan kepada emiten dengan skor 1 jika sampel menyajikan
komponen OCI. Komponen OCI yang dimaksud adalah aset keuangan yang bisa
dijual, lindung nilai arus kas (hedging arus kas), revaluasi aset. Klasifikasi lain-
lain digunakan untuk penyajian komponen OCI berupa selisih kurs untuk
penyajian laporan keuangan, imbalan kerja manfaat pasti, asosiasi dan ventura
bersama. Riset juga melakukan klasifikasi penyajian didasarkan pada sub-sektor
industry. Hal ini dilakukan dengan pertimbangan agar dapat dilakukan kajian
komponen OCI secara detil berdasarkan sub sector. Hal lain yang mendasari
adalah setiap subsector memiliki karakteristik bisnis yang berbeda.
Variabel penelitian adalah status penyajian komponen OCI, nilai OCI,
tahun penyajian dan kelompok subsector industry. Variable yang berupa
klasifikasi (kelompok subsector dan tahun penyajian adalah variable independen.
Adapun variable dependennya berupa status penyajian dan nilai (dalam satuan
moneter) komponen OCI. Uji beda dilakukan dengan membanding jumlah
sampel yang menyajikan OCI dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2015. Uji beda
dilakukan untuk keseluruhan data dan berdasarkan kelompom subsector.
Pengujian per kelompok subsector dilakukan unruk mengetahui bukti empiris
pada sector manakah penyajian komponen OCI mengalami perubahan secara
signifkan dari tahun ke tahun.
Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan public di Indonesia yang
memiliki data lengkap. Sejumlah 2001 data tahun terdiri dari 494, 502, 507 dan
498 data perusahaan public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada data
tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2015. Pengujian perkembangan link model dilakukan
dengan analisis crosstabulation. Pengujian juga dilakukan dengan
membandingkan jumlah perusahaan yang menyajikan dan tidak menyajikan
komponen OCI selama tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2015 untuk perusahaan public
di Indonesia dengan menggunakan alat uji Cramer-V. Uji beda nilai komponen
OCI dilakukan dengna uji one way anova karena variable independen terdiri dari
4 tahun penyajian.
Hasil Penelitian
Investigasi atas komponen OCI dilakukan selama tahun 2012 samapai
dengan 2015. Komponen OCI yang diidentifikasi mencakup 4 kelompok akun
OCI dan 1 kelompok akun OCI lain-lain yang berisi selisih kurs terkait penyajian
laporan keuangan luar negeri, status penyajian imbalan kerja, untung rugi
kegiatan asosiasi, dan ventura bersama. Secara umum selama kurun waktu 4 tahun
penyajian OCI untuk 4 kelompok akun yang diinvestigasi menunjukkan bahwa
penyajian akun sekuritas/aset keuangan tersedia dijual 20,8%, lindung
nilai/hedging 5.03%, revaluasi aset 5,43% dan lain-lain 50.3%. Penyajian seluruh
komponen OCI per tahun menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah emiten yang
menyajikan akun-akun OCI. Pada tahun 2011 nilai rata-rata penyajian akun OCI
12,58%, tahun 2012 sebesar 14,25%, Tahun 2013 25,48% dan tahun 2015 sebesar
28,25%. Terdapat peningkatan lebih dari dua kali lipat emiten yang menyajikan
komponen OCI dalam laporan keuangan mereka. Secara umum penyajian ietem-
item OCI meningkat selama kurun waktu 4 tahun pengamatan, meskipun jumlah
emiten yang belum menyajikan jauh lebih besar yaitu sekitar 80% dari emiten
yang listing di bursa efek, denga kata lain investigasi hasil penyajian komponen
OCI pada perusahaan public di Indonesia kurang lebih 20,14%. Gambaran
lengkap terkait status penyajian komponen OCI sebagaimna disajikan pada table
berikut.
