ORDER INFORMATION:

1. This order constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Advertiser and Eskimi for carrying out the campaign as
indicated above.
2. It is represented and warranted by the Advertiser that the order signing person is fully authorized to submit the order on
behalf of the Advertiser and the Client.
3. Advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the orders are uploaded by the persons only authorized to do so. In the event of
doubt Eskimi reserves the right to delay or to cancel the campaign until the receipt of the official authorization confirmation
from the Advertiser.
4. Eskimi concludes that by signing this order the Advertiser understands and confirms the campaign rules and details.
5. Advertiser will be issued an invoice on the amount of cost stated in the insertion order or the actual advertising spend,
whichever is lower, and undertakes to pay the invoice no later than 30 days after issue date.
6. Advertiser shall be liable for any delays in payments according to the invoices issued by Eskimi.
7. If the contract is not signed, the prepayment is required before launching any new campaign. The prepayment is not
refundable.
8. No cancellations or changes will be accepted without written notification to representative Eskimi to designated e-mail:
adops@eskimi.com.
