Interview Guide For School Heads and Teachers of Lead Schools on the
Implementation of LRMDS

Instructions:
1. Use this instrument to gather information to monitor and evaluate the implementation of
LRMDS at the school level.
2. Conduct of interviews with schools should occur after a period of 3 months following delivery of
capacity building, training and other orientation programs.
3. The guide is designed to conduct a group interview at the school level.
4. Respondents are school heads and teachers who received trainings from LRMDS.
