Interview Guide for Regional Directors, Schools Division Superintendents CID
and T&D Chiefs on LRMDS Implementation

Introduction:
1. Greetings.
2. State the purpose of the interview.
3. Inform interviewees of the length of time needed for the interview.
4. Introduce yourselves as interviewers.

Instructions:
1. Use this instrument to gather information on the implementation of LRMDS at the
Region/Division level.
2. Use this guide in conducting Individual interviews at the Region and Division levels.
3. Respondents are Regional Director, Schools Division Superintendent, CID, T&D Chiefs
4. Prepare a summary report of the responses

also use a scale: In a scale of 1 through
5 with 5 being ‘very well informed’
and 1 as “with little information on
LRMDS”, where would you be?’ ‘ How
did you get information on the
LRMDS? During formal Training,
