HARMONIZATION OF SUBJECTS

•The subjects offered from the private


schools per semester is not the same with
the public schools, hence transferees from
private schools may have behind subjects
WORK IMMERSION

• Number of learners deployed


– There were other schools who were also deployed in
the same partner agencies
• Disciplinary problems among the student trainees as
observed/reported by partner agencies

•Lack of logistics facility for immersion –related- activities


e.g. vehicle for monitoring
– Requested teachers who have vehicles of their
own to assist us, especially in the monitoring of
trainees.

•Procrastination
– The partner agency together with the immersion
teachers reminded the students not to postpone
submitting whatever is required from them

•Lack of proper/relevant partner agencies to accommodate


student-trainees
• Too many requirements imposed by some agencies such
as medical certificate and psychological examination

•Some industries did not accommodate our school since the


students are still of minor ages and lack needed skills
• Because of JDVP, the time rendered for work
immersion was lessened

teachers during the conduct of work immersion to
supervise the students but were not granted due to
conflict of schedule

•There must be a provision for work immersion


teachers with regards on hazard pay and
transportation allowance
TRACKING SYSTEM

•• Beta testing of the version 2 of the tracking


system has still more to fix (saving new learners, ,
no update once save, add, import facility from MS
excel to make it faster in uploading data of learners
• Difficulty tracking students of the first batch of
graduates (2018)

• Too many competencies per subject
to be delivered for one semester
• Lack of resource materials for other
learning areas

• Insufficient equipment for TVL

• Teachers handle more than 2 subjects,


hence have difficulty in the preparation
and mastery of the subject matter

•Lack of internet connection for research subjects

• Teachers lack knowledge in manipulating some


tools and equipment in science, hence must have
a training on the manipulation of the equipment
