Reflection on myself care:

In preparation to my 15 day challenge, I think a lot on what would I going to do to


take more care of myself, then suddenly when I am listing my goals I realized that I didn't
notice that I am no longer taking care of myself ,because I sleep late, woke up late, eat
late,my breakfast is also my lunch,sometimes I forget to eat my meal in dinner, I am
more focusing touching my phone which seems its more necessary on a daily basis.I need
to change my routine because it is bad for my health and for my mental health.I lose my
weight and my confidence soI set my goals to bring my body in a healthy body and boost
my confidence and continue and achieved it even though 15 days challenge was done.
Goals:
-I will change my routine ,sleeping early ,eat more foods in a day focusing
