EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED TO ME TODAY:


- I woke up earlier morning at around 6:00 o’clock, I prepared myself, and I prepared for
my breakfast, I cooked fried rice and egg. After that, I quickly did our house chores,
bathed, and prepared myself to study. I browse my notes to review some of the topics
for our quiz earlier. After taking my quiz, I joined to our online class today, and
participate in our discussion and recitation. When we have a break, I got that time to
cook rice for our lunch since my sister, her baby son and I are the only people in our
home. After that, I have already back to our class and listened to our discussion until
my professor dismissed our morning class. During lunch, I prepared our lunch with my
sister, I cooked fried chicken, and we ate with my sister. I rest for a while and lay in
bed for at least 15 minutes since I am waiting for my afternoon class. In the afternoon,
same in the morning, I joined and participate in our discussion. After the dismissal of
our afternoon class, I decided to rest my eyes. At around 5:00 o’clock, I take my quiz
and did my activity that was due today. After I finished my school works, I lay in bed
and slept, then I woke up at around 8 o’clock in the evening. When I woke up, I
browse my social media accounts, and after that, I already eat for my dinner. That
happened to me on this day. My routine every day is almost the same, I manage my
responsibility in our home and being a student.

FEELINGS THAT I FELT DURING THE DAY:


- When I woke up, I feel a little bit lazy due to the cold weather. I just only want to lay in
bed and sleep. Also, I felt disappointed and irritated, and anger for a few minutes since
my sister told me that my brother ate the chocolates that gave to me of my boyfriend
last valentine’s day. It changed my mood since I was craving for chocolates. Also, I
feel guilt at the end because I express my anger thru words, but I control it to become
aggressive. However, I didn’t much focus on the anger that I felt, because it will ruin
my day if I would not control my emotions, I brought another chocolate and it relieves
my mood, and after that, the rest time of the day feels so good and satisfied for my
performance this day.

THE BEST PART OF THE DAY WAS:


- The best part of my day today is I passed my two (2) quizzes, got a high score, did my
school works on time, and finished my responsibility in our home. I am satisfied
because I survive another day of my life with a complete and happy life.

SOMETHING THAT I WOULD CHANGE ABOUT TODAY IF I COULD:


- I am thinking at this moment that If I have a chance to change the behavior that I’ve
shown earlier, I would change it. Since I felt anger earlier because of the chocolate, I
feel so guilty because I think, I hurt my brother emotionally, although I already
apologize to him.

SOMETHING I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO TOMORROW IS:


- I am looking to have a good mood, positive vibes, and a productive day. Also, I am
looking forward to new knowledge and discovering new things, and skills. Every day, I
always look forward to a better tomorrow for myself, my family, and to all people who
are dear to me.
