Worksheet No. 4

I feel happy when I am satisfied and accomplished all my tasks. I feel happy when I see my
loved ones are happy in their life, I make other people laugh or feel better when they are
down, and I help someone who needed me, when I am productive and active throughout the
day, I get balanced time indoors and outdoors, I seel progress in a goal that I have set for
myself, and lastly, when I look at my life and realize how good I have got it.

I feel scared when sometimes I might lose control of my emotions, I feel scared when I am
not motivated, when I did mistakes and felt guilty, when I might fail my study and disappoint
someone, when someone from my loved ones will lose, and when things are falling apart and
I don’t know what to do.

I feel angry when someone is backstabbing me, when someone judges me without knowing
my personality, when someone annoys me, when I feel threatened or attacked, when other
people not respecting or invalidate my authority and feelings, and when I feel a lot of pressure
or stress.

I feel sad when I didn’t accomplish my task, when I failed in my study, when I miss my
brother in the states, when I hurt or offend someone’s feelings, when I hear something
negative about me from others, when I didn’t satisfy myself, when we have an argument of my
parents, and when I disappoint others who trusted me.

I feel surprised when someone does an effort for me, when I feel so appreciated by
someone’s stranger or not dear to me, when someone’s praised my physical appearance and
attitude, when I feel more intense feelings of happiness or joy than the normal day, when I did
something perfectly and successful that I didn’t imagine to be perfect, such as quizzes,
activities, and other stuff.

I feel stressed when I have a lot of things or tasks that I need to accomplish, when our
exams are coming, when I travel from our home going to school when we have face-to-face
classes, when my mind feels the pressure, when the surroundings are too noisy and messy,
when I am worried about something, when I have responsibilities that I find overwhelming,
when experience discrimination, when I read negative news on TV, and Social Medias, and
when I don’t have much or any control over the outcome of a situation.

Summary
- When I feel those emotions specifically sadness, anger, being scared, and stress, I
forced myself to calm down and not become aggressive. I pray and distract myself with a
positive coping mechanism like reading motivated books, and take deep breathing
exercise. In my everyday life, I feel those emotions, and sometimes I feel unmotivated to
survive or cope with those negative emotions. But, when I grew up and become more
mature, I am now independently finding ways to cope that stress, sadness, anger, and
being scared. I always look forward to a positive, and better in order to give myself good
mental well-being.
