RAAMP/GBV mapping to assess the prevention, service availability across sectors in the
state and to determine and describe existing referral pathways between services,
identifying opportunities for improved coordination and developing referral directories
with detailed contsct. I was responsible for real time online data collection for this
assessment of GBV service availability across the sectors in Okobo LGA of Akwa Ibom
State. Collection of data, interviews with IDI, FGD and transcription of the interviews
and writing of reports.
Responsibilities: Lead Researcher/Data Collector (Okobo LGA), Monitoring and
evaluation, Mapping and Mobilization of Sample, Gathering of Data, Analyzing the data
from field qualitatively , Transcription of IDI, Use of REDCAP software for quantitive
data, writing of reports, development of work plan, execution of major project activities
etc.
· Field Researcher / Data Collector for Project Alert Nigeria: A Non Governmental
Organization which aims among other things include – conduct research and documentation,
promoting the right of women especially Gender Base Violence on Women, carry out advocacy,
create awareness and build commitment among community members towards promoting child
rights, reproductive health, and to work innovatively towards minimizing the spread of
HIV/AIDS.
