We, 5th year Chemical Engineering students of Batangas State University, are currently
conducting our thesis entitled “Development of Volcanic-ash Ceramic Filter for Decolorization of
Methylene Blue and Methyl Orange in Simulated Wastewater”. This study will use Volcanic-ash
ceramic filter for the removal of color of organic dyes i.e., methylene blue and methyl orange.

In this regard, we would like to request your good office to allow us to conduct the experiment
and make use of the materials and equipment in the Chemical Engineering Laboratory with the
supervision of the assigned laboratory technician on the following date.
