TENANCY EXTENSION AGREEMENT

THIS TENANCY EXTENSION AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the Tenancy Extension

Agreement") is made by and between:)(hereinafter referred to as "Landlord"); (hereinafter referred
to as “Tenant,”), the lease agreement between the parties over the real property located at and
scheduled to expire on Wednesday, 6 June 2021 WHEREAS, the parties mutually have agreed that
the said lease extension is renewed or shall be renewed for a period of 3 months, with right to
renew or extend after expiration of this lease extension. In consideration of the foregoing premises,
the parties agree as follows: EXTENSION OF TENANCY AGREEMENT TERM: The parties hereby agree
to continue the aforementioned Tenancy Agreement over the said property RENT: The rent to be
paid for this Lease Extension Agreement shall amount to payable on the 5th day of every month.
CONTINUITY OF TERMS: All the terms and conditions existing on the previous tenancy term prior
expiration shall remain to be effective and adopted into this Tenancy Extension Agreement.
