Summer internship program

● Summer Internship Program is the part of the curriculum of MA Yogic


Science students as a part of the curriculum of 3rd semester helping us
manifest our skills for right use. It benefits us in both ways - to lead and to
learn.
● I conducted 30 days yoga at the yoga therapy centre, which enhanced my
skill and build my self confidence to overcome the drawbacks at the same
time it was offering me a chance to serve.
● I conducted both online and offline mode of class.
Place of Internship

best Teacher Training Course, Best Yoga Anatomy Course, Therapeutic Yoga Training,
Diet Consultation and many more value added long term and short term course in Nepal.

Introduction To Yoga
I was introducing yoga for the practitioners , So I introduced with various Verses
mentioned in different sculptures such as Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali yoga sutras,

“yogascitta vritti nirodhah” (1.2 PYS) ;“Yogah karma Shukaushalam” (BG 3.1)

“yuktahara-viharasya
yukta-cestasya karmashu
yukta-svapnavabodhasya
yogo bhavati duhkha-ha” (BG 3.1)

Yoga is a science of life and art of living.

COVID CRISIS & YOGA

● I introduced mostly movement based yoga ,as it is likely to improve mental health
during COVID-19 crisis and lockdown.
● During COVID, immunity boosting yoga (that enhances lymphatic system and
circulatory system) could be the substratum to boost immunity and increase
mental vitality according to various research.
● So, I incorporated most of these two categories on daily practice session.
● Asanas of PM1 Pm2 , PM3, Inverted all are good for lymphatic and circulatory
system
Challenges - How I overcome ?

Overcoming Procrastination was a quite big challenge

Internet Fluctuations - I had to buy separate 1 Gb data per day due to


internet fluctuation at home.

Purchasing Zoom service

Course was online and offline, So miscommunications among the


groups.
My Experiences on these Duration …..
● Greatest learning was “Sincerity increases willingness to care.”
● The purpose of Yoga was served when each participant was uplifted in
every aspect , harmony in the physical, vital, mental, psychological
and spiritual aspects.
● I experienced a deep sense of satisfaction and happiness being with
them throughout the month.
● I developed the proper attitude of understanding the world where we
could unite ourselves with everyone and everything.
● Improvised my professional skills.
