    Sub: To list the W.P(MD)No.507/2021 (Crime) on Monday (11.01.2021)

    I’m the petitioner counsel in W.P(MD)No.507/2021 (Crime) numbered today. It was filed on last
    tuesday itself and I received the main number today only. The case is about seeking of police
    protection and direction for measuring the boundaries of the petitioner. One local influential politician
    is continuously harassing and attempts to assault the petitioner. Moreover he is started encroaching
    slowly. Each and every day delay increases the risk to the petitioner for causing irrecoverable damage.

    . Hence I request your honour, to take appropriate proceedings to list our W.P(MD)No.507/2021
    (Crime) on Monday before the concerned bench without fail.
