the details. What does your company look like? What is your
lifestyle?
• Write Out Your Top 3 Values.
• Don’t let society impose it’s values on you.
• Write Out What The Top 5 Things That Must Happen To
Have Your Best Year Ever.
• Quarterly Goals.

• Join the 5:00AM Club. Mind Over Mattress. Win the Battle
of the Bed!
• Dream Big , Start Small, Act Now!
• Make this a daily ritual.
• 66 Days to install a new habit.
• Give Yourself 60 minutes to prepare for the day. Just like
an athlete. You are an athlete on the playing field of life.
Don’t walk into the world unprepared; mentally, physically,
emotionally or spiritually.
