COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is executed this _______________ at Cebu City,
Philippines by and between:

______________, of legal age, Filipino and resident of

San Roque, Cebu City (hereinafter referred to as “the
Private Complainant”)

-and-

_________________, of legal age, Filipino and a

resident of Carcar City, Cebu (hereinafter referred to as
“the Accused”)

 WITNESSETH – That:

WHEREAS, this Agreement is the result of the comprehensive and

deliberative process between the parties duly assisted by their counsels;

WHEREAS, this Agreement is executed voluntarily, without any

force and duress, and parties desire to move on with their lives in peace;

WHEREAS, the parties, by this Agreement, desire to amicably settle

the above-entitled case, more particularly the civil liability of the same;

NOW THEREFORE, on the basis of the foregoing premises, the

parties hereby agree on the terms and conditions as follows:

1. That accused admits his civil liability in the above-entitled case;

2. That accused, desirous to settle the case with private complainant,

but has solvency and financial problems, proposed to settle the
case as follows:

a. That accused will pay the private complainant the amount of

THIRTY THOUSAND (P30,000.00) PESOS;

b. That because of his inability to pay more than the

abovementioned amount which represents his civil liability,
accused assures the private complainant that he will
cooperate with the latter in filing any case against his
employer for the claim of the rightful and just civil liability;

3. That each party shall shoulder all expenses incurred in relation to

this case without reimbursement or claim from the opposing party.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed for by both parties for the

issuance of an order approving this Compromise Agreement and forthwith

render judgment based on the terms and conditions set forth in this
Compromise Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein affixed their signatures

above their name duly assisted by their respective counsels.
