RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING FOR FUNDING ASSISTANCE FROM MR. ALLAN

FABRICANTE OF NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION (NIA) FOR IRRIGATION CANAL FOR
AGRICULTURAL LAND IN BARANGAY ABAD SANTOS, BULAN, SORSOGON .

WHEREAS, one of the general concern of our barangay is the irrigation system for agricultural
land whose primary beneficiary is palay farmers;

WHEREAS, majority of the project-beneficiaries are agricultural farmers whose income is derive
mainly from the sale of farm products such as palay, copra, livestock and other agricultural products;

WHEREAS, our barangay has potential source for irrigation;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay has no capacity to develop it for maximum utilization;

WHEREAS, the realization of the said project is imperative to address the minimum basic needs
of our constituents pursuant to section 17 of the Local Government Code and the Millennium
Development Goal (MDG) thrust of the national government;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad JESUS BRIZUELA and unanimously seconded by

the Sangguniang Barangay Members in session assembled, be it:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING FROM MR. ALLAN

FABRICABTE FOR FUNDING ASSISTANCE FOR IRRIGATION CANAL FOR AGRICULTURAL LAND IN
BARANGAY ABAD SANTOS, BULAN, SORSOGON.
