II. INTRODUCTION

Project Proponents: Sine K-Grill Company

Business Organization: General Partnership
Mission: To provide a full dining experience with exceptional food quality and service
that exceeds customer expectations at the lowest possible cost.
Vision: To be remembered by our customers as the ultimate family dining experience,
and to be recognized across the country as one of the top Korean restaurants producing
inexpensive and high-quality food.
Logo Description: The logo of the business firm is expected to have a huge impact and
attract every customer, indulging them to go and approach our Sine K-Grill. The circle on
the background of our business logo has a traditional Korean design that represents where
most of our dishes originate from. In English, the word “ 우리, 나” (Uli, na) written in
Hangul means "Us, Me," and it means that you can come to our restaurant by yourself,
with friends, or with family. The word “그릴 레스토랑” also written in hangul, it can be
found under the circle and it means "Grill Restaurant."
The "Fire, Film Strip, and Microphone" in our logo represent the major and main
products we want to sell and market to the people. The fire represents the dishes,
especially the grilled dishes. The film strip represents the cinema or theater room and the
microphone represents the KTV (karaoke television) which we offer in the private rooms.
In addition, our logo represents the main product and service wherein in our
establishment you can not only watch and eat, but you can also share your love for
singing, which leaves the tagline "Cook, Eat, Relax, and be Happy."

III. BACKGROUND
As Korean pop music and drama gain popularity around the world, more non-
Koreans are becoming interested in Korean cuisine. People in the Philippines watch
Korean dramas on the internet via video streaming services. Authentic Korean barbecue
will undoubtedly entice your interest. If you visit a country in Asia, you may see a lot of
street signs with 'KTV' written on them. These signs are advertising KTV bars. Inside
KTV bars are individual karaoke rooms. The karaoke rooms are decorated with party
lights and comfortable sofas. You can also order food and drinks which you are allowed
to consume inside the karaoke room. Samgyeopsal is a popular Korean dish. The meat,
usually marinated or seasoned, is cooked on a grill at the diner's table. Sine K-Grill is
Isabela's first Korean restaurant with a cinema and KTV. It has private rooms that can
accommodate a group of people or a family, allowing them to bond, share, and spend
time together. The shop also accepts reservations for any events, but only with strict
restrictions. When you just want to be safe at home and dine with your family and
friends, we also offer take-outs, deliveries, and "Samgyup sa Bahay party sets." The
proposed restaurant will be located in the municipality of Angadanan.

V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY TRADEMARK

The Sine K – Grill does not have any trademark yet, but it doesn’t mean that Sine
K – group is illegal to operate. The Sine K – group can operate as long as it follows the
rules in business management, paying taxes and license.

VI. THE TARGET MARKET AND HOSTING SERVICES

Target Market
The Primary Target Market of the proposed project covers the following:
• Echague, Isabela with a total population of 88,410;
• Alicia, Isabela with a total population of 73,874;
• San Isidro, Isabela with a total population of 27,044;
• Santiago City, Isabela with a total population of 148,580.
Total population is 337,908.

VII. SALES AND MARKETING

Sine K-grill is the first grill restaurant in Echague Isabela and its neighboring

municipalities and towns, such as Santiago City, Alicia, and San Isidro, to have a cinema

7
and KTV offered. The restaurant will primarily serve the local community, students, and

workers, which is why it will be placed in San Fabian, Echague, Isabela, near the

Echague College University and Municipal Hall, as well as along the national highway

for better and easier access to the target clients. Aside from that, the restaurant offers

delivery and pick-up services in nearby towns.

There will be FM radio broadcasting with duration of 30 seconds every day.

Streamers/Tarpaulins will also be utilized for it to be known in Echague and the towns

nearby. Flyers will also be distributed to the people passing by in the area. Also, there

will be an online advertisement that will be running in different social Medias and also

the firm will be having their own social media accounts. Since the location of the

restaurant is along the city road, a big signage will be made with bright lights during

night time so that it can be seen and easily remembered by the travelers and by-passers.

Promos and discounts will also be given to the customers not only during the

opening of the business but also during special occasions especially when large number

of customers are coming.

The firm shall also set lower price than competitors

XI. SWOT ANALYSIS

STRENGTH
Location: The location is near College University and Secondary schools. The Municipal
Hall of Echague is just around the corner of the Sine- K Grill. There are several boarding
houses that accommodate a lot of students and workers nearby. Sine K- Grill is located
along the highway where customers passing by will have no trouble finding this site.
Although there are other types of restaurants nearby, Sine K- Grill has no major
competitors because the place lacks any Korean barbeque restaurants with cinema room
on it.
Uniqueness of the service: Sine K- Grill is a resto that has KTV and cinema shop that
gives the feel at home vibes. Each room can accommodate up to 8-10 people, it can be
rented for hours depending on the reservation. Customers can enjoy in a private room
where they can grill while watching a movie or singing together with their friends or
family.

Quality of the foods: We serve the best Korean delicacies in town. Most of the
ingredients used were imported from Korea and some are freshly bought in our local
market.

WEAKNESS
Easy to be copied: It is relatively easy for others to copy Korean barbeque restaurants.
Since the cooking techniques and recipes are similar, and the menus of all restaurants are
comparable. In Korea, Korean barbecue is popular, and most Korean families know how
to create sauces, Kimchi, and other traditional Korean meals.
Similarities to other competitors: All Korean barbecue establishments are alike, and there
are just a few items that can be grilled in the Korean style. The menus are practically
identical, as are the side dishes and sauces. Portable grills are used in Korean barbecue
restaurants, which require guests to prepare their own food and enjoy the fun of BBQ.
Overall, being unique in this type of restaurant is a bit difficult.

14
OPPORTUNITIES
Less primary competitors: In Echague, as well as in nearby cities, there are many
different types of restaurants. There are a few eateries in Echague, but they are few and
not that big. Although they compete with fast food and other samgyupsal restaurants, the
casual dining restaurants provide only local delicacies.

THREATS
Rising Product costs: Food and other expenditures will continue to rise as a result of the
increase in the minimum wage and the situation in the market. In order to be profitable in
the future, the menu pricing must be increased.
