Executive Summary
Treats for Sweets is a small business that is owned by woman who loved cupcake much. We plan
on selling amazing cupcakes that taste great. Treats for Sweets is planning on opening our
business on February 14, 2018 if everything goes well. Treats for Sweets is going to be located
in 30th St. cor 3rd Avenue Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. We think Treats for Sweets will be
successful because we have tons of different and fun cupcakes. We also have a great place for
kids to come in and have fun.

Treats for Sweets sells a wide verity of different cupcakes that tastes great and looks amazing.
Treats for Sweets is a product based company, which means the company makes the products
and them sells them to the customers. Treats for Sweets thinks our products are more appealing
to our competitors because we put the time and effort in making our cupcakes taste great and
look great too. We make our cupcakes 100% from scratch and we really care on what we do, we
hope you like everything we do.

Short and long term goals

Treats for Sweets has a lot of goals to make everybody happy. Some of the goals are marked as
our short term goals which mean we hope to meet them in the next year or two. Then we also
have our long term goals that we hope we will have set in five to ten years. One of our short term
goals is to have reach quota for making cupcakes for an events. Another goal is to have over a
100 customers, which I don’t think it will take all that long. One of the last short term goal is to
employ all the right people to do a great job for making great cupcakes.

Some of the long term goals we set for our business is building the company's name recognition
within the community through community outreach projects. What Treats for Sweets will do is
we will be inclined on participating community projects and programs. Another long term goal is
to receive at least 95 percent positive customer feedback. We will do our best to meet
everybody’s needs and wants, if we do mess something up we will happily re-do our mistake and
do it again without any cost for you.

The last goal we hope to make is to open another business.

Business Location

Treats for Sweets are planning to sell our products near at the business companies to treat
employees or other people to relax and taste cupcakes that will relieve their stress at work and
because of its location that are liked by customers. We also think that location will be one of the
basic steps to success.

Our mission/goal in this business is to satisfy our customers’ cravings by providing quality and
delicious cupcakes that can bring the joy of eating delectable goods to everyone with our
affordable prices.

Treats for Sweets offer variety of cupcakes. We can make cupcakes to suit anybody’s needs, we
specialize in birthdays, weddings, wedding showers, baby, and Treats for sweets thinks someone
should buy our cupcakes because a lot of them are fun and taste great. We also plans to serve
customers of different ages, from kids to adults, we are delightful to serve everyone who is
interested and who are not fun of eating cupcake we will make sure that our cupcakes will
satisfy their cravings with the most affordable prices that they can have.

Treats for Sweets sells a variety of high-quality cupcakes. Each item is made from scratch using
all natural ingredients sourced from largely local suppliers. These supplies involve no
preservatives to provide for high-end flavor and taste. It is important that our items not only taste
delicious, but also look appealing and attractive to the eye. We also make sure that our customer
will have a taste of an elegant experience. Customers may purchase pre-made or made-to-order
products. Treats for Sweets specializes in fine desserts coupled with exceptional customer
service in a comforting atmosphere. Our location is designed in a way that customers are able to
enjoy a setting that is as pleasant as the product they are consuming. Customers may also delight
in our product by taking it to-go or have it delivered for a nominal fee.

Pricing
Treats for Sweets products start at 35 pesos for (mini cupcakes) and 80-110 for regular cupcakes and for
our drinks it start at 30-120 pesos.

Marketing Strategy
As a small starting business, we are aware of other small businesses that are existing around us,
may it be the same product or a different one but of high demand. That's why in Treats for
Sweets; we try our best to make our products stand out from others. We are open for customizing
products and also we serve variety of treats for our customer. We are open for delivering
products that will be convenient to our customer Not only that, but also we have a facebook page
that will be easy for customer to contact us. We also encourage our customer to visit our social
media account for more information about treats for sweets.

Date of Opening
Treats for Sweets plan to open on February 14, 2018 to give also our customer lovely treats for
valentine’s. We plan to open 10am-10pm every day.

Financial Budget
To start up Treats for Sweets and keep it running for 3months it will cost right around 750,000.
The number one things that cost a lot to make the business happen are the oven and fridge. Some
of the other equipment Treats for Sweets needed was baking sheets and racks, mixers, work
tables and sinks. The money also includes the rent, mortgage, water bill, basic inventory, and
employee salaries. Sweet treats is planning on getting money from the owner’s savings, and
family members.
